I thoroughly enjoyed the four-night stay on the Emmylou. The cabins have recently been refurbished and are smart with great en-suite. As expected the cabin was small ( compact ) but we have slept on trains so expected this. Four crew members. all excellent. Food was great , with morning and afternoon teas. The 4 day trips alternated a day of cruising with a bus tour, another day of cruising followed by another bus trip. So we saw plenty. Lunch at 2 great wineries so would prefer something else to the other wineries. Highlights ? Red-gum saw mill, Barmah wetlands boat trip, the bbq and campfire ( Warren was a wonderful entertainer) and the opportunity to spend time relaxing while travelling down the Murray. A very special river and a very special way to see it
